Cookie Policy
Last updated: 7 June 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Qesja uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) when you visit our website, in line with Kosovo’s Law No. 06/L-082 on the Protection of Personal Data and the GDPR.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies like “local storage” let a website remember information between visits. We use both sparingly.
2. Cookies we use
Strictly necessary (always on). Required for the site to function — you cannot turn these off:
- Authentication (set by Clerk) — keeps you securely signed in.
- Consent & preferences — remembers your cookie choice and your selected language (English/Albanian).
Optional cookies. We currently do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If we ever add analytics, we will ask for your consent first and list them here.
3. Your choices
When you first visit, a banner lets you Accept or Decline. Declining still allows strictly necessary cookies, since the site cannot work without them. You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.
4. Third-party services
Some features rely on third parties that may set their own cookies, including Clerk (sign-in), Stripe (payments) and Vercel (hosting). Please refer to their respective privacy/cookie policies for details.
5. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy. The “last updated” date above shows the current version. For more, see our Privacy Policy.
